Hi my name is Jodie Digney and I am the Creative Artist behind Craft on the Run.

I love to bring colour, texture and depth to my paper craft. If you look closely at my art work, there will always be an element of intrigue. I love to take someone’s trash and turn it into treasure. I love mixed media, grunge and steampunk. I love to create at any opportunity I can get. Being creative is a necessity for me and I need to be doing something creative everyday. I love to upcycle items and create unique art. I love all things paper craft including mixed media, cards and off the page.

This is my motto.
THERE ARE NO MISTAKES IN SCRAPBOOKING - ONLY UNIQUE CREATIONS.

I'm a huge BON JOVI fan and love 80's music, photography, reading paranormal romance,  and entering competitions. Mum to 3 Adult Children. My daughter is still at home with me and I love it!!

Travelling and blogging my adventures is also one of my passions. I would love to write a best selling novel, that’s on the bucket list.

Always remember to

DREAM*CREATE*INSPIRE

I am a New Zealander, living in Perth, WA for the last four and a half years. I love Western Australia- I like the weather, the countryside and the flora and fauna. I am often amazed by the extremes in this place we currently call home.

I am lucky enough to be at home with my husband Les who currently works in the aviation industry. Together we have three sons and a daughter. My oldest is off to University this year and the youngest will start his pre-primary year homeschooling with me.

I have been scrapbooking for around 18 years- before I even knew that scrapbooking was a thing! I started out using wrapping paper and scrapbooks like my kids now use at school. As such my style has changed a lot over the years. I now work create both paper and fully digital layouts. I like to create relatively clean and simple pages and most often start with a cardstock base, building from there. But will sometimes go all out on a page if it takes my fancy. I share my creations at See Share Remember. I'm a big fan of the products of October Afternoon and Crate Paper, though there's a lot more than that in my stash!

In New Zealand I worked as a scrapbooker for hire, doing anniversary, baby, wedding and holiday albums. The variety of requirements that my clients had in terms of subjects and style was a great gift to my scrapbooking- stretching and flexing my creative muscles in lots of ways.

When not scrapbooking or parenting you'll most likely find me outside, on the computer or curled up with a book.

My one little word for 2016 is Joy and this spot on the Mystical Scrapbooks team for 2016 has definitely sparked some joy!

I'm a wife and mum to 1.  I've owned Mystical Scrapbooks since 2008, but I been scrapping for about 15 years now..... did have a break while my son was young.

I love playing with mixed media, but in keeping with my style, which is more along the clean, uncluttered look!

I also love playing with my camera, I fear I will never be a great photographer,, but I have such fun trying.

If I'm not scrapping you might find me in the garden, which I never have enough time for, or curled up with a book.
