DT Share: My Favourite Tights

Another page made with the delightfully colourful Chit Chat Chowder Range from Jillibean Soup. I've teamed up some French Vanilla Bazzill with Chit Chat Papers: Crisp Cackle and Bite sized bits. The Great thing about Jillibean lines is that they work off a base of Primary Colours so the lines work well together- I've also used some Grandma's Lima Bean here; The Dry Lima Bean paper and the cardstock Stickers and Alpha. The page has been finished off with the Chit Chat Word Labels, Label Stickers and Alpha and Pea Pod Parts.

This lovely page is Tracy A's week one entry for our Mystical Around Australia Competition. I love the way Tracey has balanced her page with a big area of white space. The combination of papers works perfectly with her Christmas theme but nothing so much that it overwhelms the page. But my favourite part of this page is the splashes which I think Tracy has made with a mask... but what else? Tracy can you come tell us in the comments? It's a beautiful page Tracy! Thanks for sharing it with us and thanks for playing along on the competition. 

DT Stash Busting: Peeka Boo!

One of the best ways to use up some older stash is to pair it up with some of the news! So on my page today I have some KI Memories Sheer Delights, and MME Lime Twist, And I've teamed it up with the star paper from Cocoa Vanilla Totally Rad and some Hambly Washi Tape.  Then added some pops of yellow with: Jillibean Banners, and Jillibean Hexies, some of the Fancy Pants What a Wonderful Day Stickers and some Cocoa Vanilla Totally Rad Enamel Shapes. My title is a combination of Chipboard Thickers and the SS Life In Colour Expression Cardstock Stickers- I've also pulled some word stickers from this sheet and the Cocoa Vanilla Love Always Accessory Stickers.

DT Quick Share: Make Art Today!

Hi all! A nice mix of old and new on my page today. I'm loving the modern graphic style of the latest Jillibean line Chit Chat Chowder- and all my papers are from that line. I've teamed it up with the Amy Tangerine Kal Barteski Thickers which I love... heaps of letters and nice and informal. I've finished it off with some stickers from Simple Stories Life in Colour line which works really well with the Chit Chat Chowder. Happy Scrapping!

Just a quick little share today. I've been using up some left over bits and pieces so this is a big miix of a whole bunch of Mystical supplies. My Papers are from Jillibean- Grandma's Lima Bean Soup. There's some Fancy Pants and also some and Cocoa Vanilla in there as well.

Have you had a look around our Gallery lately? It seems that 2017 is going to be a great year for scrapbooking as we already have a heap of amazing Layouts being shared. Including these two super lovely pages from Shimano!
I love both of these pages so much! I love that she's used 6x4 photos- makes it so easy to use these pages for my own inspiration. I love the papers she has combined, just a sweet combination. Great  attention to detail with the inked edges and a nice sprinkling of embellishing on each page keeping the focus firmly on the photo.

We all know that one word can make a huge difference in our lives sometimes positive and sometimes not so much... words like connection, sorry, heartbreak, love, depression, welcome, acceptance, forgiveness, change, and together. These words can mean something different to every person that comes across them.

This month we've chosen three words and we'd love to know what they mean to you. 

You can use the word as you choose... here are some ideas to get you started:

• or as part of the title
• you can make a page about a person who embodies that word for you
• maybe you have a goal that relates to the word

Scrapbooking Retreat!!

We are having our first Mystical Retreat!  ... yay!! 

Marg McGellin at Country PaperCraft  is helping us host our private retreat for us Mystical girls.

Places are limited so please be quick to register your interest. I have been out to Marg retreats a few times now, and I have loved it every time, it's well worth the drive!!

Cabins sleep 2, have very comfy bed and are air-conditioned, there is a separate dinning room and Vickie makes delicious home cooked meals.

A deposit will hold a spot for you, and you are welcome to make payments if you would like, however full payment must be completed by 23rd April.

DT Share: Chalk Play

I love the way the misted background turned out on this page I think it compliments the chalk art in the pictures just perfectly. I used three different Kaisermist colours: Candy, Peach and Aqua on a  White Bazzill Cardstock base.  Additionally I've used Cocoa Vanilla Endless Summer Sun bleached Paper and both side of the cut apart sheet This and That. My title is a combination of the Endless Summer Alpha Stickers and Basic Grey Micro Monograms, the little arrow is from the accessory stickers. I finished off my page with some WRMK Washi tape.
