Gallery Pick

I think my heart might have skipped a little beat when I came across this LO by Kikyee in the gallery. I think her background paper choice is just perfect and I love the way it echoes the blue of the water. She's recreated the pier with the brown punchinella and the little tab on the top left also hints at the shape of the ship whilst still being subtle. I love the way the photo has been taken with so much white space and I think it's much more evocative of sailing the ocean than if it she had have tried to fit the whole ship in the image. This is a fabulous LO! Thanks for sharing it with us Kikyee!
