Gallery Pick ~ Julene

Each month on our Facebook chat, we host the albums for the monthly and Cybercrop challenges. There is such a great wealth of inspiration in those albums I wanted to pick some scrapbooker's pages to share each week.

This weeks Gallery Pick is Julene. These two lovely pages were made by Julene for our September Cybercrop. I love the way she has used old book pages to make strips for her background. The text evokes the history of the fountain in her image. I also love the very simple embellishing which is a great design choice when using a bold patterned paper. Julene's second page has a lovely delicate colour scheme perfect for baby pages- with lovely pops of colour in her flower cluster. The layout design on this page is balanced and her page is a great showcase for her photo. Thank you for sharing your pages and playing along in our challenge Julene.
